There are several types of user access levels in Jomablue. All user accounts require 2 Factor Authentication.
Important Note: For data security purposes, Jomablue approaches user accounts with a principal of Least privilege first. Meaning, new user accounts are created without the ability to export data from events or view/manage lists of data. Upon request and approval, users can be elevated to "trusted" roles that allow access to exporting or managing bulk lists of data.
User Role: Portal and Trusted Portal
Has access to managing the Event, People, Vendors, Campaigns and Settings. Visually represented, users with the role 'Portal' have the access to the following menu items. Only Trusted Portal roles can access export, explore people and other bulk data functionality.
User Role: Finance and Trusted Finance
Has access to all everything the Portal role has in addition can see financial figures in relation to Registration. This includes Gross Sale amounts and financial reporting. Users of the Finance role will see additional menu options. Only Trusted Admin roles can access export, explore people, financial reports and other bulk data functionality.
User Role: Admin
Reserved for Jomablue staff only, this role has the same access as Portal and Finance as well as some back end administrative tasks.
User Role: Organiser
The Organiser User Role is designed for Event Organisers who require access to the Event Dashboard(s), but do not need access to Jomablue itself. Upon setting their password for the first time, an Organiser-level user will be directed to their Event Dashboard.
User Role: Lite (JPL)
The Lite (JPL) User Role is designed for users to have access to Jomablue Lite and the Jomablue Event Kit, without granting access to Jomablue itself. Upon setting their password for the first time, a Lite (JPL)-level user will be directed to log in to Jomablue Lite on their Event Kit iPad.
