To prevent a user from receiving any SMS's please follow the steps below.

It's worth understanding that they will not receiving any SMS's whatsoever this includes marketing and transactional SMS's (including important e-Tickets or Event surveys), which may impact the event arrival experience.

  • Navigate to the Person record
  • Select Advanced
  • Set Yes to Unsubscribe from SMS
  • Press Save

Note: you can resubscribe them at anytime by changing this value to Yes.
