• Go to a Person record
  • Select Advanced
  • You can see the e-Ticket Send Status listed

Please note: this is not a delivery receipt, but a notification that we have attempted the send via the channel specified (email or SMS). 

Why is this important? 

When creating additional e-Ticket campaigns, there are the following filter options:

  • Limit to people that have not been sent a e-Ticket SMS  
  • Limit to people that have not been sent a e-Ticket Email

These options prevent a person receiving multiple e-Tickets from you. So, if you are wondering if someone will receive a particular scheduled campaign that uses this filter - you can check the person record first.
