Overview


The Organiser Dashboard provides you with an immediate snapshot of your event, accessible from your computer or mobile device. Widgets that are included in the Live Event Dashboard are:

  • Check-in Overview Widgets - widgets that give an overview of the number of people registered, and the number of people who have checked in to the event so far
  • Check-in by Category Widget - a breakdown of the people who have already checked in to the event, subdivided into Categories
  • Onsite Registration Summary Widget - indicates the number of people who have registered onsite for the event, and what percentage of total attendees who have checked in did so via on-site registration
  • Event Check-in over time graph - a graph widget showing the rate at which attendees have been checking in throughout the course of the event
  • Session Check-in widget - a paginated list of Sessions, and the number of attendees who have checked in to each. These can be sorted by Time, Location, Session Name, or Checked In count
  • Vendor Lead Overview Widgets  - a pair of widgets displaying the total number of leads captured and emails sent by all Vendors at the event, and a breakdown of the number of leads captured in the past 60, 15, 5, and 1 minute window
  • Vendor Lead Performance Widget - a paginated list of Vendors, and the number of Leads that they have captured. This can be sorted by Vendor name or Leads count
  • Touchpoint Interactions Widget - a paginated list of Touchpoints, and the number of interactions that each touchpoint has had throughout the event. This can be sorted by Touchpoint Name or by Interactions count
  • Items Collected Widget - a paginated list of Items, and summaries of how many have been collected, and how many are allocated but yet to be collected. This can be sorted by Item name, Collected count, or Not Collected count
  • Event App Users By Time Widget - an overview of the number of users engaged with the Event App in 60, 15, 5, and 1 minute windows
  • Event App Users By Time Graph - a graphical representation of user engagement with the Event App

Accessing your Organiser Dashboard

Your Organiser Dashboard is accessed by going to the following address in your mobile/desktop browser:

https://your_instance_name.jomablue.com/eventapp/organiser

Note that you should replace the text "your_instance_name" with the name of your instance (i.e. the text that you would normally enter before jomablue.com when visiting Jomablue)
