If you would like to prevent all, or certain vendors from sending emails from their Lead Capture, this can easily be done from the Vendor profile. Here's how:
1. Navigate to Vendors
2. Toggle Email's enabled on lead capture to No
3. If they are already using their Lead Capture devise, you'll need to exit their profile in Omnia, navigate to the admin screen and press Update.
If they are not using it, then you don't need to take any action. When a device is configured for them they won't have the option to send emails.
