Community is designed to be used across desktop and mobile devices. In addition to being accessible across multiple device types, users can log in to Community on more than one device at the same time.

For example, a user can log in on their laptop to watch a Session video stream, and then log in on their mobile device to participate in a live Q&A.

Logging in to multiple devices

When using Community on multiple devices, users will need to request a One-Time Password (OTP) for each device they log in to. Once you use an OTP on one device, you will need to request another one on the second device that you are logging in on. To request another OTP and log in on another device, simply navigate to the Lobby on the second device and use the login panel on the right-hand side.

Additionally, a user can use Community in multiple browser tabs or windows on the same device - this does not require more than one login

If a user wishes to logout of a device, they simply open the menu and tap or click Logout
