Setting up your Email Templates for Lead Capture is a quick and easy process, and allows you instantly send specific information via email to Leads that you have captured with a Lead Capture Device, either upon capturing the lead or afterwards.

If you are eligible for setting up Lead Capture Emails, the Organiser of the Event will send you a link to your Vendor Portal. Here you will have access to an overview about Lead Capture (including instructional videos), a page where you can manage your Email Templates, and a Lead Capture FAQ. See a screenshot below:

Creating Email Templates

To create Email Templates, click on the Email Templates button in the left-hand menu. You'll see a page with two sections: Your Email Templates, and Create New Template. If you have any existing Email Templates they will appear in the list on the left.

To create a new Email Template, enter the Name of the template into the Template Name field, then click Create
